Certified Flexibility Therapist™
Level I
(CFT-I) 48 Contact Hours
This certification provides instruction & training in the basic concepts and techniques of Fascial Stretch Therapy™. You will become proficient using our complete 10 step protocol and routine of assisted stretching with the client on a table. Learning our unique Core Stretch Program™, you will become adept at providing short and long sessions as well as home exercise programs to meet the differing needs of practitioners and clients or patients.
The certification is split so that you take 24 hrs of training over 3 days for the lower body. Then after about 2-3 months of practice you return for 24 hrs training in the upper body and testing for certification.
Manual therapists & physicians, bodyworkers, Pilates instructors and personal trainers have all greatly benefited from using these techniques alone or creatively coordinated with other approaches to achieve superior results.
Prerequisite: Working knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. Certification requirements: successful completion of course and 80% passing grade in written and practical exams. Course scheduling details: Held in 2 separate sessions (Lower Body then Upper Body) of 3 days each; must complete 100 documented hrs of Lower Body assisted stretching on your clients before attending Upper Body.

Certified Flexibility Therapist™
Level II
(CFT-II) 48 Contact Hours
This course provides training in the intermediate level concepts and techniques of Fascial Stretch Therapy™. You will thoroughly learn how to use more specific micro and macro movements in spiral, diagonal and rotational patterns to greatly enhance your client's or patient's response to stretching. In Level II training, you develop new refined skills at integrating more advanced upper and lower body stretching in order to lengthen the deeper recesses of the core fascial layer of tissue. These techniques enable you to progress your stretching sessions for faster and more optimal results. However, when combined with complementary methods & techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue work, Structural Integration, Active Release Techniques®, acupuncture, chiropractic or osteopathic manipulation and any other manual techniques, optimal & lasting results are achieved through an individualized approach. The certification is split so that you take 24 hrs of training over 3 days for the lower body. Prerequisite: Successful completion and passing of CFT-I written and practical exams at end of course plus completion of an additional documented 200 hrs of Level I assisted stretching with your clients.

Certified Flexibility Specialist™
(CFS) 32 Contact Hours
This course is open to licensed healthcare practitioners only and provides instruction in the more advanced concepts of Fascial Stretch Therapy™. This Level III workshop will take your clinical practice, expertise and confidence to a whole new level. Combining your existing skills with new fascial based differential diagnostic methods and condition specific FST™ protocols will provide the missing link in your current treatment regimen. After completing this course, you will be able to treat complicated more complicated conditions & movement dysfunctions that elude other practitioners who do not have these advanced skills in evaluating and treating the connective tissue system. You will also be highly adept at rendering the most optimal, individualized assisted stretching required of your clients. Critical thinking and successful implementation of effective FST™ treatment strategies will be the recurrent theme and focus at this level of study. Prerequisite: Successful completion and passing of CFT-II written and practical exams at the end of the course plus completion of an additional documented 200 hrs of Level II assisted stretching with your clients.
Certification requirements:
- 80% passing grade in written and practical exams.
- Submit 2 case studies one month before class begins.
