It was September 9, 2014 when 16 year old Charlotte Samuels crossed the English Channel in 20 hours and 44 minutes making her the youngest swimmer to complete the Triple Crown – English Channel, Catalina Channel, Manhattan Island.
Then the problems started - biceps tendinitis, anterior chain mobility restrictions, no glute activation, poor kick. Fortunately, Meaghan Murphy, a Level 3 Medical Fascial Stretch Specialist enters the picture to offer a triple threat to poor performance: swim coach, therapist, personal trainer.
Watch & listen to Charlotte tell her story how she has gotten stronger, more powerful, balanced, faster & has changed her stroke to match the positive changes in her body. And FST played a big part in this transformation.
