Newsletter - Spring 2020

Posted By Administration, Wednesday, April 15, 2020

We dedicate this newsletter to helping our colleagues in the medical, health, wellness, fitness, sports, massage, bodywork, movement, nutrition and other related professions and fields to survive and thrive in this unprecedented era of COVID-19 (aka coronavirus 2).

We feel (as do many) that the global community now has a unique opportunity to share a common legacy of applied knowledge. Together we have the skills, experience, connections and means to make it through just about anything. All we need is communication and cooperation to care, serve and treat others as we wish to be treated.

There is a great need for all to not only endure and adapt to new modes of obvious dangers, behaviors and procedures but also to get better at caring, feeling and helping each other (even at a physical distance) to get through this successfully.

Here are free resources to meet current challenges that may serve to immediately benefit you, your loved ones and your clients/patients. And remember, we always offer free online learning, so advancement of your skills and knowledge never stop as an ongoing investment in your bright future that is surely ahead!

Be well,

Chris and Ann Frederick
Directors of the Stretch to Win Institute
Authors of Stretch to Win and Fascial Stretch Therapy

FREE LifeStretch®mobility and stretching class video!

LifeStretch: feel the Freedom®was first developed by creator Ann Frederick in 1995 as a group class for a fitness center where she noticed many members had poor mobility, flexibility and posture. Since then husband and physical therapist Chris Frederick, joined Ann to choreograph and develop a large variety of movement sequences to improve flexibility and function in the entire body.

Characterized by a constant flow of enjoyable movement that is self paced, pain-free and fun, you may do the entire 68 minute class or only do the segments that you feel is a need, which may change from day to day. (Note: big ball not necessary to take this free class)
