To remain in good standing with the Stretch to Win Institute all graduates must re-certify every two years after attending a live workshop or every year if you re-certified online.
If you attend a live course that is the next level up from your current certification (FST L2, FST L3 or Sports Specific) within a two-year time period of your last live course, you will be “re-certified” for another 2 years after the live training date.
If you don't attend a live course within 2 years of your last live training, you will need to re-certify online. The online re-certifications are valid for 1 year only.
You attended FST L1 in June of 2019, you will be considered current and trained by the Stretch to Win Institute until June 2021.
Scenario #1: In May 2021, you attend FST L2, that update training means will be considered current and trained until May 2023
Scenario #2: If you don’t attend any live training before June 2021 you will have to complete the online recertification program on the Stretch to Win Institute website. The cost for this is $99 and upon completion, you will be re-certified for 1 year.
This Live 1-day recertification session (5 hour duration) can also be considered a skills update day for those who are looking for feedback and refinement of their current skills. Upon attending you will be considered current and trained for the two-year calendar period following the training.
Goal of the Recertification Training
To maintain consistency and quality of all Stretch to Win practitioners by confirming that specific skills are performed to a uniform standard.
What is covered during the one-day recertification training:
Review of core material from FST L1 and FST L2. You can attend whichever breakouts you would like some assistance with. Note: only FST L2 graduates can participate in the FST L2 breakout sessions.
You will get one-on-one attention from our instructors (1:9 instructor to learner ratio) as you did in the FST L1 and L2 programs. The bonus for the recertification is you also get feedback from fellow FST L1 and L2 graduates.
