Photo below is of former client Sanya Richards-Ross with me at the 2004 Olympic Trials. Ann Frederick & I treated her & other sprinters/hurdlers with Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST™) both pre-event as well as for recovery.

Richards-Ross won her first relay gold in Athens in 2004. At Beijing in '08, she ran down a Russian on the final stretch of a dramatic relay to give her team the gold. And she finally captured the individual 400-meter gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics. Richards-Ross unfortunately suffered a career-ending injury to her right hamstring at the Olympic trials on July 1, 2016, & announced her retirement in lieu of competing at the 2016 Summer Olympics.

So cool that she has made a successful transition & is now a commentator for the track and field events for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

And so awesome there are about 12 athletes from various countries & the Nigerian track & field team now in Rio that have used FST as an essential element in their training!
