Fascial Stretch Therapy Study Group

This FST study group has been created to provide Fascial Stretch Therapists a way to practice and network with their peers. This study group is open to levels 1, 2 & 3 certified Fascial Stretch Therapists, however only L1 & L2 material will be covered.  This is a great opportunity to refine your skills, get some feedback, learn from others’ experiences, and maybe practice and play with some new stretches you’ve come up with.

We are sure that you will leave feeling more confident with your skills and having gained more practical knowledge that you will be able to apply Monday morning with your clients.


  • 2 FST Instructors available to answer questions and review updates to the program
  • 3 Hours of practice time with your peers
  • 1 Hour session on suggested off the table exercise protocols for all levels of clients
  • Networking opportunity

This study group does NOT count as a re-certification. Re-certification will be an online module run through Stretch To Win Institute.  If you are interested in re-certifying, visit

Registration Deadline: If the minimum enrollment number of 10 students is not reached by the registration deadline indicated, this study date will be cancelled
