COVID-19 UPDATE ALERT – STW Institute Must Cancel Workshops

Dear STW Family,

One recent news article referenced a number of science based sources and stated that “infected people without symptoms might be driving the spread of coronavirus more than we realized” (see article: https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/14/health/coronavirus-asymptomatic-spread/index.html).

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) posted their online guide for health personnel interviewing and assessing asymptomatic persons who have been exposed to COVID-19 (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/php/guidance-evaluating-pui.html). The precautions that must be followed in this guide are essentially the same as for infected persons.

As a result of updated news that asymptomatic persons may be carriers that can spread the virus and because your safety and well being is our utmost concern, the Stretch to Win Institute has chosen to cancel all workshops for the months of March, April and May.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but we are sure you understand the necessity for this immediate action.

Please choose one of the options below if you paid for a workshop that will occur anytime during the remainder of March through end of May 2020:
  • Transfer funds paid to another future workshop

  • Hold your funds until you decide what future date works for you (you have until 12/31/2020. Funds will be returned to you if you do not register). 

  • Get a refund

We do not cover travel expenses. Please check directly with your airlines and hotels as to their Coronavirus policies.

During these difficult times, we are focusing on what is important – supporting and caring for family, friends, neighbors and our communities. Personally, we are keeping our immune systems strong by getting quality sleep, water, fresh air and sun, exercise and nutritious foods. And despite the seriousness of all this, don’t forget, “laughter is the best medicine”, as studies have definitely demonstrated!

And we will be vigilant at keeping toxicity in all its forms out of our lives whether it be from non-essential news, media, people, thoughts and anything else that suppresses and attacks our immune system and well being. We hope you do the same so that we can all rise and be even better off when this is all over!

I did not intend to be rude. I understand that these are trying times. If a refund is hard to process at this time, I can suspend my enrolment to a later year.

If we register and pre pay for a course and it ends up being cancelled, what is the refund policy?
