Before and after a full body stretch session! Left photo (before): Notice the client’s forward head posture, rounded shoulders, slight hinge at the hips and how the arms do not fully straighten. Right photo (after): Client is much more upright: head held high, shoulders back, chest opened up, arms hanging freely and she’s no longer hinged at the hips. We are over the moon about this client's exuberance over her results. We also believe that physiotherapy, chiropractic and other holistic practices are a valid part of client rehab. In fact, we often partner with other practitioners to ensure best outcomes for a client. Each result is very client dependent.
